In my opinion, the reason for the elevated level of buying and selling is probably due to the end of financial year. People who bought in higher in the last couple of quarters will sell and then buy back into the position to offset capital gains.
The company should grow from their $6m first quarter profit which hopefully provides a 2.5c dividend. This is a gross yield of over 10%. With stable and growing revenue, growing earning and phenomenal ROE, this should start getting a lot more attention from value investors and funds.
