NST are cash flow positive which makes them considerably de-risked. They have a good resource base and Mt. Clement is just a very nice bonus. NST were also very slow to re-rate.
ARV are a long way from cashflow despite excellent results, so not a really fair comparison - apart from the Patterson's aspect.
I am happy to get in at this price after an announcement with these grades, I like it also because, as stated, she is not a pure gold play.
I view her as a Long Term with short term potential
