The information memo is what will be prepared for the EGM, this will contain all the information on the transaction (see the BBB file for an example).
If you read the history of the people involved,(see asx filing director profile's) you can see they have done it before in this sector,I would say this involves only a small part of their investment portfolio and are all at present "millionaires", so digging down that avenue will not shake any of them.
Just wait for the info to be produced, according to the filing this should be next week.
