    Agree Redi.
    For all the chat (which is always constructive and informative).....this baby's gone nowhere for a good while now.

    And before I here the cries of de-risking, and progress, and manipulation....I'm only talking sp over the last 2-3 months.

    Am still a believer long term but after a 24+months of anticipation, and all teh recent progress, I am definitely over the hype.
