selling at 21, page-12

I bought up big just before take over offer so was very happy. Then I bought more as I saw it as safe money with aobut 1.5 cent gap between sp and takeover offer, thinking a better offer may be made. I sold out last week because the price had stagnated and I figured I could use the funds elsewhere and buy back in around the same level.
Personally I'm glad I did sell out as I'm not sure if the takeover will necessarily proceed which removes the safety net of 24 cents. If the getout clause is only $500,000 this will be immaterial in real terms given the actual cost of takeover if its deemed the supply is not needed.
Just my opinion but I'm not prepared to risk the uncertainty at this point in time.
