As for upside, we will need substantial increases in Utopia as a result of horizontal drilling and stimulation of reserve to increase flow rates

Additionally Tanzania needs to get started

These may see a return to far value at around 7c

To get beyond this we need PEP 11 to fire , or at least get some short term direction on the prospect
