MACKSTART ,great posts.The dilution factor is a bit of a worry,CNMIM could lend ORD $8m this year(@ say 6 cents VWAP) and $1m each year over the following 2years .I believe ORD should be considered a "branch" of CNMIM as the management of both companies are essentaly the same.
