i think it will drop on a no go by bhp. this current strength is all the punters taking a position 6 months out. many will have an exit plan to dump the stock if their timeline to spud is affected.
normally i would have this approach but i like ths tock longer term. i don't think galoc or duhat will be very high impact, although i'm quite excited about it.
galoc i actually see as more risky than anything. there is still 50:50 or 1 in 3 that there will be problems and failure in that program and its only to push out the decline curve.
cinco is the main driver and imo we will see OEL back in the low 9's, high 8's on negative news on this front.
i am still looking to accumulate on any weakness although as stated, things are strong at 10c for now.
