Hi guys,
A few days ago I posted as I wanted to know how to sell or add to my 100 BOTA shares.
Here is what I found:
- The letter from Biota dated 09-11-2012 listing the Westpac phone number of 1300 553 010 is of no use. They letter should have listed the Westpac Broking number of 13 13 31.
- Westpac Broking can assist you in buying/selling BOTA shares (or any stock on the US market for that matter) by going to Westpac Broking, then click on Contact and Support, and then scroll down the web page until you get to the sub-heading of Global Markets. As I am individual, I need to print out and complete the following PDF... Global Markets Trading Application for Individual and Joint Accounts.
- Once your application is complete and your account is set up I found out the following costs. 1.) Should your account be inactive for 12 months (i.e. I transfer BOTA shares to Westpac but don't do any tades), annual admin fee is around $65. 2.) Should I decide to trade (buy/sell), the cost per trade is approx. $57.
I hope the above information is of help to someone.
Cheers,
Randy.
