I sold mine after seeing Bergen had received a tranche at 0.3c which has never been 90% of any vwap - no explanation given.
I also don't like the way the company spin their announcements making out the offer was oversubscibed when it wasn't - just a way of issuing more cheap shares to cronies when the shares were in the money this week.
The true take up was less than 50% originally but the company will have you believe it was oversubscribed based on what wasn't underwritten.
Bergen (partial sub underwriter and reason behind pump) still had 96m at last notice plus a couple more tranches to come when they are done at the lowest possible price of course, another 100m shares?
I wish holders the best of luck in 2012, many potential catalysts but a lot of short term overhang imo and more to come from these dilutionary spin doctors - at least the company is well funded for the time being so there's a chance of getting the product out there.
