I didn't bother reading the whole document until now. Apparently 67,986,120 new Apr 2016 LOMO are now issued.. as the compensation for the expired 135,972,240 old LOMO which will be cancelled. Maximum number of Shares on a fully diluted basis following completion after this offer = 369,707,106
Post prospectus, only 67,986,120 + 180+ 3,250,000 + 3,750,000 LOMO @ 30c April 2016 are available
So I guess speculative punters who bought the old LOMO now end up with 1/2. They might not have capital to convert them all and are likely to sell on the market at listing... G'luck
