I've watching that today too. As soon as someone puts in a bid for some 11s some one fills it. And if some 11s get taken out on the sell side someone puts some more up for sale straight away. Seems like they are happy to get out at 11 but don't want to spook the market so they feed them out as the opportunity arises.

hope they hurry up and sell out
