I guess Hutchley, you have to take it on faith at this stage that the spin out will be a good deal for shareholders, given their history and the way they did the spin out of BTV from TNG...I suspect small application cost, with free options. Let's face it, any U stock with reasonable tenements and management seems to attract a $30m market cap....and these guys are in the NT, which is a Federal Jurisdiction when it comes to U....that's pretty important. I only see upside in this and will be exercising all my OA's, using a steady pen! lol
