Hutchley, for a start they need to get shareholder approval, and secondly, I have followed this stock for almost a year now and must say that I have been pretty impressed with the directors in that time.

Remember, they were one of the very first to get in a grab some good uranium ground. Many have since followed but I think BTV is in the right place and I have subsequently heard and read that they have good ground. Time will tell on that one I guess.

I agree with you that the latest ann't re the spin-off lacked detail, but I think at this stage, they were simply informing holders of their intentions. The detail will come in due course obviously.

I really don't think you have much to be concerned about in that regard. Just my opinion.
