Blue sky is a term used when talking about a companies share price which relates to the share price entering new territory it hasn't been before. Eg new highs, their for there is nothing it's it's way above like resistance etc
So there would be no "blue sky" for ISN till around $2 lol
If ur going to ramp make sure u get ur facts right first!
