    Just confirmed with my broker. The selling has been coming from Taylor Collisson. They had approx 6m shares bought over 2 years ago. Client was getting out for tax selling.

    For any one thinking its Blackrock just wait the 3 days and youll see no substantial notice come out.

    Current price 50% + discount to takeover.
