I would not be so sure.On top of the high risk due to the uncertain political problems in Somalia this stock has to cope with the scandalous behaviour and manipulation by people who have already lined their pockets at the expense of all the small shareholders like myself.With drilling so close the shareprice should already be much higher.The point is drilling or no drilling thi stock made money for unscrupulous predators and the shareprice reflects the total lack of confidence in the future of this company. There is a reason why the price has been pushed down so low.It is a good take over price for some very lucky angels even at double today's price. And they shall fly away with the millions of barrels of oil if they ever find it....I must admit to having beautifull dreams once about range...More like a nightmare now....
