    1 for 2 based on Jubilee Shareprice when merger discussions were agreed in principle is reasonable. (Assuming shareprice was around 7p at the time)

    Really if PLA was managed well as opposed to disastrously, the value abscribed to PLA would be based on assets rather than crumbs
