Andrew has been extremely helpful. You'll need your original paper certificates as they have to be sent to the UK:

We do have a minimum brokerage fee of AUD$140, or 1.0% - whichever is greater (We courier the share certificates to the UK via tracked mail ($50) & provide you with the tracking number - this is included in this price), plus our foreign brokers charge AUD$120-$130 as a minimum also, or 0.75% - whichever is greater.

To sell your international shares we require the following documents to be posted to Burrell:

1) ID that has been certified by a Justice of the Peace – Both front & back of your driver licence, and certified Trust Deed if holder is a Super Fund;
2) The original stock certificate(s)/ComputerShare holding statement. We can’t take a dividend payment slip or a copy of the holding statement;
3) The signed CREST Transfer form for each stock certificate;
4) A signed account application.
