Shines, it's reflective of sentiment. Its currently rock bottom. Despairing. Bleak. Giving up. Capitulation. Compare to when we've reached highs - the excitement, hype, self-congratulation, the flicking through yacht catalogues.
And we know what happens then. Price tops out and reverses.
The question is have we reached the bottom. Perhaps a little rashly I did buy more today. Might have been a bit early or maybe not. But we are certainly closer to a bottom than a top.
