Hey Keyman, One good reason that I find attractive is the chance to average down while these ridulous prices are available. No doubt in my mind Terps still has not helped one bit with a total lack of meaningful announcements. There must be some information from all that work carried out (supposedly) by GF over the last year. Even a little NPV could incite a small flutter in the SP ,or if he is still accumulating he may not want this. Stuffo to the shareholders anyway.
