Not sure it matters, growth for growths sake no good, ask BPT,COE,ROC etc.

Oliver was always a big ask for such a small company, and with free carrying someone else for so much, CR's etc only the more optimistic scenarios would have been good for shareholders, other scenarios just see SH equity diluted away.

I suspect they see a strong business case for the diesel facility, and perhaps some smaller opportunities.

I don't hold, but think it good when small oilers set their growth ego's aside in favour of investment returns.
