RIA is definitely a TO target at this level, it looks great value for some medium size company that will carry out the project.It is ready made with almost everything in place and ready to go.It is a company that grows faster than it could managed strainning their cash flow and their ability to carry out their objectives.It is a shame because it has so much potential and reserves bar management ability. Thus the changing of the guards, that may need the time to carry out their work.
