I received a share certificate for LionGold shares after...

I received a share certificate for LionGold shares after accepting their offer for my SBL shares. I decided to sell recently and my broker( comsec) informed me that unless the shares are electronically listed they cannot help me. I decided to stop in singapore for a few days on my way to hong Kong and try and sell the certificate here in Singapore. Brokers here tell me that as a non resident they cannot open an account for me and sell the shares. I phoned LionGold and they tell me Ord Minnet brokers in australia can help me.
Can anyone in australia who received a share certificate tell me the easiest way to sell
