Like Beton said, no one would be here and no one was here before LIT decided to try to drag down LPD with their straight up embarrassing take over offer that adversely effected the stock price of LPD while the ridiculous process went on, and on, and on, and on and with 0.000001% of the stock it went on. Then they paid some dude to lie that at an offer below even sticker price was "fair"
LPD have a spodumene deposit, it's been drilled and is continuing to be drilled
LIT have laughable returns at Ravensthorpe for essentially zippo lithium.
Why the hell is LIT worth $22 million? They've got no lithium, they've got a process that uses hydrofluric acid to work, what else?
