Nope. There was shovel loads of the brown coming over the fence from LPD holders for a couple of months before the T/O. It started with the claim that SiLeach was a rehashed version of L-Max and therefore stolen technology. Strangely enough the idea seamed to spread from hotcopper to the LPD boardroom where the decision was made to strip LIT of their L-Max licenses on the grounds of breaching LPD's patents.
