Hey Gazzer, i'm certainly no chartist / TA expert but my understanding in lamens is targets are like milestones. If a milestone is reached within a certain timeframe then it further informs the chart of where it is likely to go next.
In this instance: "So in the short term hit 7.2 c tommorrow and pass it then over the week hit 7.9 c" means if the SP hits 7.2c on good volume then we can expect or anticipate the SP moving up to as good as 7.9c as a result.
This is my interpretation and certainly is not gospel. Would appreciate if @insaf could confirm if I have this right.
