For clarification purposes, it would be 20% discount the the market value of the options after exercising them. At today's close, the options are worth 2500* (1.64-0.77) = $2,175
Discounting by 20% results in $1,740 which puts it at $0.696 per option.
I have these options in my brokerage account, and after checking with my brokerage (SaxoBank) and also as per ASX announcements, these are transferrable.
As for the trust factor, I could always involve my broker as an independent third party to ensure that the transaction goes through smoothly. Ofcourse, i understand people will be hesitant, which is why I am giving the discount.
