This is globalisation. The cheapest and most efficient will survive.
Globalisation has given you cheap motor vehicles, big plasma tv's, play stations, Nintendos, fast computers, adsl, iphones, ipods, ipads.......and the list goes on.
Why do citizens of the Earth gladly accept these great leaps forward but then retract into their shell to complain about job losses, poor prices for staples, low lamb prices and ridiculously low prices for wine grapes?
Back in the day, when most of you were not even a twinkle in your daddy's eye, we paid $1,500 for a video recorder ($10k equivalent today) and a colour television was a very big luxury.
Fast forward to the Y Generation and you're all whingeing about cost!
Hello? Cost? If you want stuff cheap then expect to have no jobs, atleast not ones the pay the same price you have become addicted to.............
