    As MNM has 4 resources
    Coal, Phosphate, U + Gold which it can develop

    Why not sell Phosphate +/or Coal to reap much needed cash
    so it can develop Uranium or gold
    As it cannot seriously allocate resources to all 4..

    not to mention reward share holders in the process
    :P
