You really think those sellers are all mom & dad investors?
It's a common routine for big players to shake trees before their actions. If your nerve is not strong, they will pick up your shares.
I fully agree it is a patience game. It's amazing to see some of my other shares which also had CR recently are significantly above the CR price (PEM, CSS). It should not take too long for TOE to get a turn.
Btw, I topped up after close @ 15, just can't help.
