The Government will reach compromise to allow the takeover to proceed. To do otherwise, there are too many negatives for them to ponder. Block the takeover and send the company into administration - jobs gone, Chinese grumpy, creditors sqeezed, OZL shareholders further financially crippled, banks waiting a long time for their settlements.
