It is possible that some off takes are part of finance negotiations. It is also possible TNG may get more for the off take of TiO2 with finance in place and therefore discussions are ongoing. We also don't know (nor should we) the advice being provided by SMS and partners to TNG for financing. The only fact here is we simply do not know and therefore it is all speculation and not fact.

If you are in for the long haul then put TNG in the bottom draw and play with some other stocks to keep yourself entertained. I am doing this with an oil company and have little frustration waiting for TNG. Some of the cap growth will be invested back into TNG.
