The Territory and Federal funding may well have to proceed prior to private financing comes to my mind. Then again they may have a contingency finance arrangement in the nearer term. The offtakes as you say are likely to piece arrangements in place. As PB intimated in his latest BRR Media interview there are many pieces to the finance jigsaw that need to be completed and they are busy doing just that.
