The Territory and Federal funding may well have to proceed prior to private financing. Then again they may have a contingency finance arrangement in the nearer term. The offtakes as you say are likely to play an important role in those arrangements. As PB intimated in his latest BRR Media interview there are many pieces to the finance jigsaw that need to be completed and they are busy doing just that.
