Hope you're right, you're a lot more optimistic than I am. There's over 7000 shareholders entitled to take up this offer of just over 71mil shares to raise $20mil.

From our 7000 s/holder base to fill total subscription:

1333 s/holders x $15,000
2000 s/holders x $10,000
2857 s/holders x $7,000
4000 s/holders x $5,000
5000 s/holders x $4,000
6666 s/holders x $3,000

There's not much doubt this will be over-subscribed imo plus we should expect more positive news before the offer closes and I would have it a guess that Nasdaq listing approval will be announced sometime between June 14-24 allowing the 10 days post SEC approval to commence trading on the US exchange after the offer has closed."

I have it straight from the horses mouth that there are actually 11,000 PRR shareholders entitled to take up this offer, hence my prediction of a MASSIVE SCALEBACK as once the required funds are raised PRR will not wish to "over dilute" not to mention the rulings as to how many shares CAN be issued !!
Anyone wanting to increase their PRR holding would be well advised to buy on market NOW as these prices won't last !!
