Keep in mind that if nothing has realistically happened by the end of Septemeber that if the company stays true to form they will need to do a CR at the end of October to be able to lodge their quarterly report and show solvency. IMO they usually will run up the SP to help with that so if you can stand the pain it may be a slightly better exit then if you are drawing a line in the sand. That's my thinking at the moment and probably my own sunset date as well.
