IMO, once AVQ offered the 2 landowners 20%, all the other tribes saw what they are missing out on and successfully blocked it as they are saying they are the rightful landowners.

I said previously it opened a can of worms, I am all for improving their life but given the dispute of who actually owns that land for over 30 years from individual tribes (as indicated by DJM), this wasn't a good idea, but hey I am just down-ramping.

I also see a lengthy battle for this part of the land unless AVQ can up their offer to maybe at most 49% and distribute this to all the tribes involved? but still best to start drilling at San Jorge and do what POS does.....raise CR each quarter for next quarters drilling/exploration news.

But I could be wrong.
