They are giving the Amount of Royalties gazetted under law to the SIG and their are no Disputes with landowners from Axiom's perspective.
the only Disputes were caused by SMM lying to landowners and SIG , by SMM creating divisions between land owners by SMM paying a paltry 2% of nothing ...the question is how long can SMM sustain holding onto their Tenements without doing anything with them for just on 5 YEARS , new Legislation passed now gives SIG the right to take those leases back if not developed or Maintained in accordance with SIG,S requirements....the landowners who are with SMM over their Tenements have already made representations to the Mining Minister
to pull the rug on SMM's Deal as they have not received 1cent in 5 years....but hey im ramping....
