Just so your Clear on this User..............there is no Dispute with Landowners and AVQ ....their had been ongoing disputes with Landowners and SMM..... as for the 30 years I do not know about that.
I would think over the last 60 years maybe with the Japs. AVQ,s decision to give 20% equity to the Landowners was a very smart and correct decision ,
Its a shame the Japs did not think of looking after the landowners instead of land banking .
In Any event user23 , all the more reason for you not to buy shares in AVQ and now you can move on to another stock.
