I understand that you are very sure that the landowner groups that are involved with AVQ and are part of AxiomKB are still firmly onside.

But I can't see how you can say that every landowner group is happy when we haven't even started the process of identifying who they are formally as part of the PL/SAA process.

There has undeniably been an ongoing dispute with a number of landowner groups or at least people that think they are as evidenced by a 5 year court battle.

None of these problems have gone away.
