based on current info recerviership isnt a problem, income coming in the door as of next month and plant up and running. As to why price is where it is we can only hypothesis

* Toll and US fund keeping it low to get better C note conversions

* US funds bailing in which case we just have to wait for things to turn around

* Something wrong with plant and funds needed (that we dont knwo about)

* chinese keeping it down to orchestrate a TO

* General market sentiment plaguing nearly every stock on teh asx and fundamentals and profit once it kicks in will see it fly back up with general market sentiment

Dont know, management ahvent responded to email sent and very depressing to watch. Where we are now from 3months ago is inconceivable, (wiping vomit off my keyboard)
