Yes I agree there is no hype with the announcements and they do appear to be the absolute minimum level of disclosure.We all suspect discussions are taking place with third parties. My feeling is its about a further injection of cash for development with some sort of share deal. This company was the pride and joy of the NT there is some reason to give it a boost- who knows who it is?
As I said expect the unexpected. I bet it recovers today - just intuition.
