Nobody works for free and going back thru the releases they have made quite a few cuts which is good to see. The only sensible thing RB has ever said is that the directors have bought a lot of shares which is also a positive sign of belief from them. They wouldn't put their money in if they didn't and just because they are directors doesn't mean they are obligated to invest. In fact most directors don't and just take free shares and options. At least these guys have tipped in along the way........maybe because Zuckerberg gave them at tip
