RB, you may be right the SP sold down at 4pm was manipulated. Last friday, 3.648 million shares were traded at 1.8 cts & 386k shares at 1.7 cts. If someone was manipulating I doubt that they are the 3 tech companies as no one know ( maybe except management ) which of the 3 managment want got the deal. Moreover, who ever won the deal will be issue shares (IMHO) So, why would they want more shares & then have to declare it after the announcement. As said, if it was one of the tech accumulating them it's insider trading !!!
I don't think any of the 3 tech management are so crazy to do that . (IMHO)
