    I thought the acceptance expired on 19/10/2009 as per page 2 of the announcement on 02/10/2009 - Under "Summary of Important Dates".

    You may want to double check.

    Also, the Application Form is not attached in the announcement on 02/10/2009. So you may have to wait until it comes in the mail.

    Anyone here going to purchase these? Just curious to know.
