Plough, 40 Years ago there was no GST (when I bought it). I am registered for GST but I am not aware of any GST issue in respect of this property. My primary business (software development) does not relate to this property although I have claimed GST refunds for a number of purchases relating to this property. It has losses forwarded.
Buyer just wants to use it as hobby farm and build on it.
Now the agent claims he sent the S32 to the Buyer last Wednesday. I asked him why he not forwarded me a copy and why wait... from Friday until Wednesday? It would have given me the opportunity to check the Document.
There is an age-old easement (high voltage electricity wire) on one title but S32 makes no mention of it. I had earlier sent a copy of the Easement to the Agent.
