fuddpuckers i had the same issue a while ago
from what i could gather if you held several parcels of a share and sold a small parcel later it then becomes up to you to decide which shares you have actually sold
you don't need to do anything special on comsec - just go ahead and sell them and work it out later
just be mindful that the amount of shares you're selling are either making a capital gain or loss
