Yes, just sell them and work out the best outcome later.

Comsec dont keep track of which parcel is which. They just keep an overall summary of stock held. They even leave the "average price" data for you to complete.

If you use the average price feature to determine if you are in profit/loss, then remember to modify the average after you have partly sold down.

Also remember you keep track of which parcel you sold for tax purposes, and you can obviously only sell 1parcel once. So, if you decide to sell the oldest parcel now, you cant do the same in 4months time.

You determine your cost base on your tax return.

Which parcel you sell will come down to your individual tax position. Do you want to sell at a loss to offset a gain? Do you have an older parcel that qualifies for the 12month CGT discount? etc...
