    So it looks like it was just tax selling,

    Buyers should start to re-appear now.

    It is an illiquid stock and was hurt by the tax loss selling so i expect buyers to slowly move back in.

    Thin on the sell side now, looks like all the holders just wanted to get out for tax purposes.
